Pflanzen erscheinen fragil, doch sie behaupten sich zwischen Beton und Asphalt. Sie wuchern in Mauerritzen - auf Dächern - an Wegen - besiedeln leere Grundstücke. Ich gehe mit offenen Augen durch die Straßen und entdecke Heilkräuter im Pflaster der Straße.
Pflanzen zeigen uns, daß Natur immer um uns herum ist, auch an den unwirtlichsten Flecken unserer modernen Städte.
Meine Schmuckstücke symbolisieren diese „Stadtgewächse“ mit ihren natürlichen Strukturen inmitten einer künstlichen, geometrischen Welt.

Plants appear fragile, but they hold steady between concrete and asphalt. They grow rampant in wall crevices - on rooftops - on ways – inhabit land without buildings. I go with open eyes through the streets and discover medical herbs in the street pavement.
Plants show us that Nature is always around us, even in the most inhospitable spots of our modern cities.

My crochet jewelry symbolize this “Cityplants” with their natural structure in the midst of an artificial, geometric world.
